Regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges

We strongly recommend purchasing from our Ottocast Japan official website. We do not provide any after-sales service for Ottocast products purchased elsewhere. We support unconditional returns/exchanges/cancellations within 30 days of purchase without you having to bear any costs. When you receive the item, please immediately check it to see if it is defective or if you have been sent the wrong item. If you return the item by cash on delivery without contacting us in advance, your return will not be accepted.

If you need a return or exchange, please contact our email address ( support@ottocast.jp ). Then, please return the product along with the corresponding delivery note.

If the product is damaged or has a quality problem, you can return/exchange the product even after 30 days. In that case, we will replace it with a new product or issue a refund. However, if you return an item for personal reasons beyond 30 days, you will be responsible for the full shipping fee and any shipping costs associated with the return.

Once the item has been received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email that the return has been completed. We will then change the amount charged to your credit card or transfer it to your bank account.
